The Philippine New Energy Development Inc. (PNEDI) is a service contract holder issued by Department of Energy since July 2023, which aims to develop Cebu Wind Energy Project covering Dalaguete, Argao, Alcoy, Boljoon, Ronda, up to 500MW capacity.
